You're about to discover that hypnosis is something you've already experienced.
The difference? I'm going to help you to use it to create lasting change.
Hypnosis is an automatic response in spite of your conscious awareness and.... you're already doing it.
Have you ever been driving your car while thinking about everything except driving your car and all of a sudden you're home?
Or, you're watching a movie. You know those actors aren't married, those aren't their kids & that's not their dog, but when it doesn't end well for the dog, there's not one dry eye in the house.
Even better, that moment when YOU KNOW you want to quit smoking or lose weight and yet, there you are lighting up a cigarette or eating something that's not on the menu.
Congratulations! You're already doing hypnosis. When we work together, I'll show you how to do it better.
It’s not magic. It’s a way to help change your thoughts and habits by working with your unconscious mind, which controls much of what you do without your awareness.
A hypnotist helps guide your mind into this focused state we call hypnosis.
When you're in hypnosis, it feels so normal that you might not even realize you're in it.
Hypnosis is used for pain, stop smoking, stress, anxiety, weight loss, sleep and so much more. It's also used for improving confidence, public speaking, focus, and peak performance.
Back in 1958, The American Medical Association (AMA) approved a report from a study that indicated that there can be “definite and proper uses of hypnosis in medical and dental practice”.
Since that time hypnosis has been found to be highly effective for:
The subconscious mind is like a computer’s hard drive. It stores all your memories and experiences. It also notices patterns—things you do over and over—and repeats them automatically, like running on autopilot. It doesn’t decide what’s good or bad; it just stores and repeats.
Your subconscious shapes how you see yourself—your habits, beliefs, and behaviors. It becomes your identity. You might even say, “That’s just who I am.”
By age 35, research shows we run about 95% of our lives on autopilot, thinking and doing the same things without realizing it. Younger minds are usually more open to change.
The subconscious is also called the unconscious mind. One of the best ways to access it is through hypnosis.
The conscious mind is the part you’re aware of. It’s your inner voice that helps you think, plan, analyze, and make choices. It figures out what to do when you meet someone new or face a new situation.
But once it gathers information, it turns to the unconscious mind for direction. The unconscious makes sure your actions match your past thoughts, patterns and identity. So, in the end, the conscious mind follows the lead of the unconscious.
That’s why it’s so hard to break a habit using just willpower or discipline. The real problem is the programming in the unconscious, which can leave you feeling stuck and unsure how to change.
Yes! Anyone open to hypnosis and able to follow simple directions can experience it. A trained professional tailors the approach best for you.
Clients often say it’s easy, relaxing, and something they can keep using to support their success even after the sessions end.
No. Movies and TV often make it seem like hypnosis means being asleep or having amnesia, but that’s not true. Hypnosis is actually a state of focused awareness. You’ll still hear sounds around you, proving you’re alert and in control the whole time. You'll remember everything, like a regular conversation.
As you get more comfortable with hypnosis, you might feel like you dozed off—but you’re not asleep. You’ll still be able to open your eyes easily when the session ends.

Therapy usually focuses on exploring experiences, often past, and processing the thoughts and emotions around those experiences.
Meditation is a practice to still the mind and its chatter.
Hypnosis rewrites the negative repetitive thoughts, beliefs, and old stories we learned from family, school, media, and society that programs us from childhood what to believe, think, and feel things about ourselves, who we are, what we can do, and what we deserve.
Everyone's experience of hypnosis is different. Some have said it felt like a healing, while others felt a sense of oneness or being, and others described seeing themselves as if in a daydream. They all felt deeply and profoundly peaceful. At the end of your session, I’ll ask how it felt for you. Whether they felt light, like floating or heavy, like a rock. They look forward to feeling it again.
Most are surprised by how normal hypnosis feels. Movies often make it seem magical, but really, your mind stays alert and focused on the experience or the words being said.
Hypnosis is also cumulative. With each session, you can go deeper and build on the progress from the one before.
No. Hypnosis is a state of mind that only happens with your consent and in collaboration with your hypnotist. You’ll be aware and will hear everything I say.
Some people worry they’re “too strong-willed” to be hypnotized, but the truth is—good focus and concentration actually help you go into hypnosis more easily.
Success with hypnosis depends on two things: you want to change and the skill of the hypnotist.
If someone doesn’t truly want to change—like a smoker coming only to please a spouse—they won’t be open to the suggestions. But if they’re ready to quit for themselves, they’re set up for success.
Hypnosis isn’t one-size-fits-all. I’ll create a process tailored to your personal goals.
You want someone who:
Hypnosis isn’t magic, but it can create fast change. Most clients book a package of sessions so we can use your time well and get lasting results.
This approach allows for personalized sessions, ongoing support, and tools to strengthen your progress.
Many people feel benefits after the first session, though hypnosis works best as a process.
Your first session is the longest. We’ll spend time getting specific about your goals and what you want to experience so that I choose the tools and techniques to help you reach your goals quickly and easily.
You will leave some sessions with tools so that you can support your progress and empowerment. You can use them without anyone noticing or bringing attention to yourself. If you’re serious about lasting change, you’ll practice between sessions to help make the change part of who you are.
Before we begin hypnosis, I’ll explain what to expect and answer your questions.
I’m committed to helping you succeed—and if you feel I’ve earned it, I’d love for you to share your experience to help others looking for support.
